Accessibility Statement page opens in new tab

The Accessibility Statement (or Policy) page opens in a new tab. This is poor practice, as you never want the visitor to have your site open in two tabs. I see the target=”_blank” in the widget’s HTML, but there’s no way to remove that. Any suggestions? Is there a CSS hack I can use to remove that? Thanks!
