Accessibility to WP Dashboard

  • My website is operating, however, I am unable to access the dashboard of my web site on wordpress. As it appears my password I have on file does not allow me to sign-in.

    This page isn’t working geetaurghazal.com redirected you too many times.
    Try clearing your cookies.
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    I have cleared cookies and checked redirects on website host portal.
    No success.
    Your recommendation?

    The original link provided does not match the last one.

    Please review.

    https://geet-aur-ghazal.com/ is not the same as https://geetaurghazal.com/

    I have 3 Domains hosted with Hoastgator.com
    geetaurghazal.com
    geet-aur-ghazal.com
    mehboobtejani.com

    Site can be reached on https://geetaurghazal.com/
    But can not sign-in to the wordpress Dashboard

    Both Domains: geet-aur-ghazal.com; mehboobtejani.com; are redirected to geetaurghazal.com on Hostgator Portal. – still site can not be reached by either domains.

    Have you reached out to your host on this issue?

    Thank you for your guidance.
    As of today, the first line support at my host was able to fix the redirect issue. My site now can be reached using all 3 domains.

    They were unable to fix wordpress Dashboard connection issue. It has been escalated to their Engineering Team.

    Awaiting their response.

    On your browser’s address bar, search for your domain name with /wp-admin or /wp-login. …
    Type in your WordPress Username or Email Address and Password. …
    Once logging in is successful, you will land on your WordPress Dashboard and manage it.

    I tried that – unfortunately it did not work. Although my site now can be reached using all 3 domains (mehboobtejani.com; Geet-aur-Ghazal.com; geetaurghazal.com); I still cannot to sign in to the dashboard to add updates & maintain currency.

    I was waiting for the Hosting support to do what they can. They are doing a scan, however, they don’t expect to find malware in my account. They are recommending professional security service provider perform a cleaning for my account or to remove and re-create my web content using an older backup (which I have in my Updraft), as an alternate.

    I suspect I may need to get help to address this. Does WordPress have a list of service providers assist?
