accessing dashboard freezes everything up

  • I am new to www.ads-software.com and just getting my site set up–

    On my desk top, I can get into the WP admin but when I try to get into dashboard or any of the activities, the whole thing freezes up.

    when I enter admin from my Surface Pro Tablet, I am able to access all the functionality.

    Can you all give me some guidance on this?
