Accessing PHP docs in other directories directly throws a 404

  • Does anyone know how one can access php documents in different directories which are in the WP directory. My WP is installed in the Root directory, there I also have a different directory which I host several other php documents but when I try to access them all I get is my WP blog throwing a typical WP 404 error message.

    I know there are ways to code WP to have it allow access to php in other directories to be accessed directly but I don’t remember the code.

    Anyone?
