Accessing PHP files – Pen Scratch theme

  • I want to stop the title of the page appearing at the top of the page.

    I am using the Pen Scratch theme.

    It has been suggested to me I can do this by modifying the PHP files.

    I was told to access the PHP files I need to go to WP Admin, Appearance then Editor. When I click on Appearance though all I can see is Themes, Customize, Widgets, Menus, Header, Background and Mobile

    The site is my site so I should have full access to the whole dashboard. I am using the online rather than desktop version of the program so there should be an issue with having an out of date version of the program.

    Can anyone help?
