accessing profile description

    New WP 2.2.2 setup…

    When logged into WP as a user, where do I find the user profile description? In the profile there is a box labeled “About Yourself”, but that does not show up when my theme calls userdata->description. I’ve looked thru the profile and can’t find any “description” – is there somewhere else I need to look?

    Thanks to an related post, I was able to determine why the user description wasn’t showing – the parameter for get_userdata was set to “1”, but the user account was “2”.
