Accessing screen options in WordPress admin

  • I have a custom post type that has quite a few thousand post. However, when I go in to view them in admin, it tries to load a couple of thousand posts at a time instead of the normal 10 per page. It’s struggling to load that many but I can’t get into ‘Screen options’ to change it to 10. I don’t know how this happened in the first place. Is there any way that I can get into screen options in the back end of the database or any other way to change it to a sensible number?

    I *think* the info is stored in the usermeta table. Take a peek with phpmyadmin. (backup before changing anything.)
