    Hello

I’ve been searching for a solution to access my www.ads-software.com site via my Samsung Galaxy Mobile. The WordPress App and the Jetpack app doesn’t recognises my site (it keeps asking me to create a WordPress.com site) or it says ‘you haven’t created any sites yet’. I’ve checked the Jetpack Plugin on my site and have checked that my site is connected.

I want to access via my phone so I can write blog posts like I used to. Many thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello and thank you for your guidance.

Thank you for reaching out. Using the App used to be so easy. I can’t believe how complicated it’s become now. Therefore, Unfortunately, I still cannot use the WordPress App. I’ve tried everything. Nothing works so I am logging in via my mobile browser instead.

    Kind regards

    Wendy

Yes I totally agree with you which why I am searching for a solution to use it. So far everything I’ve tried has failed. All very baffling…

Hello @wendydashwood – I just tried to add your site in my both Jetpack and WordPress app and I see it is recognizing your website and on the next step it ask me to enter username and password for the website which will be your WP Admin username/password.

Could you please try to download the Jetpack app in any of your different device and then tap the “Enter your existing site address” button, enter your site URL there to check of it works there?

Please only enter your site address in this format “example.com”. Don’t add the “https” or “www” in the start. And when it ask you for your username and password, please use the same username/password that you have setup for the Administrator account in WP Admin of the site.
