accessing the sidebar

I’m coding a new layout for my site right now, and for some really bizarre reason, iframes is the only thing that’s really working for the look I’m going for. For the wordpress part of my site, I’m trying to get all of the posts, comments, etc. in one iframe, and the sidebar in another. I was wondering if it’s possible to do that. Basically access the sidebar from beyond wordpress.
