• Every page I see that addresses the issue of accessing the source code for a theme PHP file says that you should go to “Appearance”, then click on “Editor”. However, the version of WP that I’m running (3.4.1) doesn’t have “Editor” as an option. How do I get around this to access the PHP code that displays date and time, as I would like to remove these?

  • There is no version of WordPress I’m aware of that doesn’t allow access to the editor.

You may want to try upgrading to 3.4.2 first.
