Accessing WP from an Android phone WordPress application

    I have a client who was trying to access his WP admin with an android phone WordPress application, but he had a message ………

    Connection Error
    XMLRPC Fault: XML-RPC
    Services are disabled on this site
    An Admin user can enable them at http:hiswebsite/wp-admin/options-writing.php[code405]

    I’ve gone to the writing page, but there doesn’t appear to be anything to do there. Is this a permissions thing?

    Any advice gratefully received.
