Accesspress parallax slider does not appear in other language

  • I have a site that is bilingual and the slider is not appearing in the second language.

    The address is:
    https://www.discantvs.com
    for English

    AND you need to actually add “/fr” to the end to see the French version which has no slider (since I can not link to it until the slider is in place).

    It is important to look at the english version first, once you have navigated to the “/fr” you may not navigate away from it…

    I am also using polylang! But I was using wpml before and don’t recall that it worked with that either…

    I think it might have to do with when you make a translation of the category it gives you a different category slug for each language?

    Hi,

    The polylang plugin works fine with slider as well. You will have to create a corresponding slider category for the another language and then create a post under that category as well

    Please check the documentation of the polylang to find on how to work with category.

    I am afraid I might need more step by step info than that. I currently have ONE slider category and the post is bilingual.

    If I have two slider categories, I still need to choose ONE category for the slider in the appearance>theme options>slider settings. The info in this section does not change depending on the language, it stays the same.
