Accesspress Pro not responding to changes

  • Hi,

    I’ve upgraded Accesspress Lite to Accesspress Pro and I can’t customize it. I have been moving around dashboard and making changes but they simply don’t show, well some do but it takes ages before they show (I have to refresh several times and it takes up to 30 minutes before ‘front’ responds). I’ve tried to refresh it again and now everything is gone! All my input in the dashboard has also disappeared- this has never happened with the free version! Is that some sort of bug that a few people have mention in the reviews? If so how to make this theme work?

    I’d really like to hear from the developers since they charge money for it!

    Hi there.

    Thank you for writing in.

    Did you mean to say that your all content are lost?
    Since the pro theme has more features the layout will only change to that of free theme.
    So the content will remain same.
    All you have to do is set the layout again.

    Thank you for your response, I’ve managed to sort that out, but now I’ve got another problem- the future slider is not responsive- any idea how this can be solved?

    Hi There.

    We got no idea on future slider.
    Is your your post title or something.

    Can you send us your site url so that we can have a look on it?
    You can also check the responsive in theme option > basic setting.
    You can turn off or on to responsive design.
