accidental domain change > can't login into dashboard!

Disclaimer: I’m new to wordpress and building a new site!

I am using GoDaddy to host my wordpress site at https://www.fearlesspenguin.com. While building my site, I had it set to https://www.fearlesspenguin.com/x

Earlier tonight, everything was fine and I was just about to finish all my updating until I messed with the site address and wordpress address portion in the settings. I can’t get into my dashboard and my formatting is all screwy. D’OH! I didn’t realize these settings were …so serious.

How can I resolve this? https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Editing_wp-config.php is this what I have to do?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
