I’m a real newbie to WordPress. I’m creating a new website using the Customizr theme. Playing with the menu structure, I deleted my main menu. After creating a new menu, there are no pages to add to the menu in the “Manage Menu” dialog page. I’ve checked the “Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu” box. Anybody have any ideas how I can fix this?

  • I think you’re going to have to create a new one from scratch.

Thanks for your input. However, the problem is that I can’t add any pages to the new menu I’m trying to create!

I tried to clear my browser cache – problem remains. Must I start from scratch and build a new website?

I found my problem! I had marked all the pages as private (thinking this would keep the site out of view while I’m working on it). Guess private must mean NOT ON THE MENU! Thanks for your responses.

You can use the Coming Soon / Maintenance mode Ready! plugin to keep your site out of view until you’re happy with it.
