Accidentally removed navigation links on color way theme

Hi everyone! I’m using the free version of Colorway theme. Editing it seems to be pretty easy, but somehow I deleted the “home” button and the “about” button that was on the original, unedited theme. The space for these tabs are still there.

I’m not done editing so most of what you see is the template stuff. I’ve created menus, created pages and can’t “see” them anywhere on the site. I have not messed with the coding. And I don’t want to because I’m clueless about it. Is there a way to get my navigation bar back?
I basically want a normal navigation bar that visitors can click and be taken wherever I want them to go, and I want it to be at the top of my website.
