Accordian and AJAX – Javascript initialization function

Does this plugin have a Javascript initialization function that can be called? I’m using the “Story” theme that uses AJAX and the accordion shortcode isn’t working on the page. The theme’s support said to ask if this plugin has a Javascript initialization function.
