Accordian Tabs not Random

Unlike some folk on this forum I have the widget essentially working but not as it should. I have opted to use accordian style and have added some custom styling to suit my site at https://camperscircle.com. I can manually open each tab and collapse the previous, but I cannot set it to randomly open a tab at each page refresh which is what it should do surely. I am convinced I had it working well with version 0.9 but since upgrading to 1.3.1 it always opens on tab 1. I have checked everything mentioned on this forum but no luck – it’s driving me nuts!. I have default start tab and choose a random start tab checked – no joy. I select tab 1,2 or 3 with random – no joy. Always opens tab 1. Same thing on IE, Firefox and Chrome. Any suggestions? Running WP 3.2.1
