Accordion Blocks Won’t Save

  • The accordion blocks I’m using on the FAQ page I’m building were working fine but now, if I click Update (or when it tries to autosave), I get an ‘Updating failed’ error at the top of the page.

    I created another page, copied the content across and tried to save it. The same thing kept happening until I’d deleted all the accordions – then it saved OK.

    Any idea what could be causing that? Any suggestions greatly appreciated

  • What kind of blocks are being added inside the accordion block?

    Can you right click, click inspect and then look at the “console tab” that should give you some error information?

    Hi Ben,

    The bad news is there were 22 errors ….. the good news is I’d accidentally used a different accordion! Now I’ve junked that and actually added the Kadence accordion it’s all working beautifully.

    Think I’d better change the support request to a 5* review! ??
