I am using this accordion and it was working perfect but two days ago suddenly I found that all my data that I have put in the accordions have been lost(editor has been disappeared, hardly 5 are remaining). How has this happened? Nor did I change anything or nor did I delete or update any of the accordions.

When I click on the accordions option in my dashboard, I do get the list of all the accordions I have created but when I open any of them, I don’t find my accordion editor and data inside it?

    Please help. It’s urgent.

    Sure.

    1) List of accordions I have created. I have purposely not given them any title.
    List of accordians

    2) When I open the very first accordion entry, I get the following blank stuff with no editor. I had created two accordions here one with Hindi text and other with English text. Both the data are lost.

    Accordion

And this is happening for all the accordions that I have except very few.

    Please help. Thanks

May be accordion plugin is conflict with another plugin.

Do you have install any new plugin after Crete accordions?

    Thanks

I had changed the theme and it was working perfect for many days even after that. Recently I have not added any plugin, I even reverted back to previous theme but condition is still same.

Everything was working very fine all these days(even after changing the theme). And problem started happening from last Sunday.
Almost 95% of my data was in accordion and its lost.

And if you see the second screenshot, there is no accordion. I actually had two accordions there. Even if there is any conflict due to any other plugin, how can my whole data along with accordion editor will get vanished?

Which table in db should I refer for this accordion and its data?

    Please help needed. Thanks

    Thanks for your reply.

But I need to create above 90 accordions again with two times of data and if all this happens again in future then again my hard work will go in vain.

So, I suppose I need to see for another alternative.

Anyways, thanks for your support. I can understand. But please investigate on this so that future users don’t have similar problems.

    Thanks.

Yes we will definitely investigate on this problem and try to find the solution.

    Thanks for understand us.

Hi, I have the exact same issue as described above. I had one accordion which I have been using for months without issue. I had HTML in the WYSIWYG editor and an apostrophe was breaking the code. I tried to escape the character with a backslash and the whole accordion disappeared and I see no way of retrieving it. I have contacted my hosting provider to see if a back up can be retrieved but it does appear that certain characters can break and wipe all content.

I have this problem as well.

Built up a big accordion and after a save, all the data is gone. All the other accordions work.

Can you tell me where exactly to look for the data in the MySQL database?

    Cheers

For anyone else who has this issue, the data is located in the MySQL database field wpx9_postmeta. Find the post number of your accordion from it’s edit page in wordpress and the information will be under wpsm_accordion_data
