Accordion encounters issues when the Nested Elements feature is enabled.

    I enabled the Nested Elements feature and created a brand new Accordion with three default items: Item #1, Item #2, and Item #3. Next, I added a “Text Editor” widget to Item #1. Subsequently, I copied the “Text Editor” widget from Item #1 to Item #2 and Item #3, modifying the content in these widgets accordingly.

    However, when I duplicated Item #3 multiple times and then deleted those duplicates, they disappeared from the Inner Editor and the front-end, but they still remain visible in the Navigator. Additionally, I am unable to open the remaining Accordions in the Inner Editor.

    I was able to replicate the issue on my local test site by following the steps you mentioned. This has been reported to our developers, and they’re working on implementing a fix in one of the future updates.
