Accordion ID not expanding when link is clicked

Hello!

I have a site that is not live yet (using flywheel hosting) where I have followed the outlined process but cannot get the accordion to expand when a link with its ID is clicked. I have tried pasting the link in the browser and that will navigate to the page and expand the accordion. This occurs in Firefox Dev and Chrome.

Infinity Child is the theme I am using. And to clarify, this is is a link inserted towards the top of the page with the hope of scrolling down and expanding the corresponding accordion when clicked.
