Accordion isn’t opening/closing in DIVI

  • I know it looks a mess as I am trying some accordion options. In Divi Theme it doesn’t open or close. I turned off all plug ins and it still doesn’t work. As soon as I switch themes it does work. I want to use the pro version but I need it to. work first. Please advise!

    It is a confliction with your theme js so please share me a divi theme package so that i can check with our plugin is compatible with your theme or not.

    This also appears to be a problem with the Perth theme by athemes. The accordions do not open/close in Safari (any version, desktop or mobile). Clicking the accordion header attempts to scroll the page. See this page for example:

    I have disabled and removed the Tabs Responsive plugin. I don’t think another plugin conflict is responsible. Please let us know if there is a solution.

    working properly in our side and it may be js conflict-ion with your theme js or installed plugin plz deactivate all other plugin one by one and check it which one is conflict.

    Thanks for the prompt reply! It appears that the accordions do in fact work on Safari prior to version 9.1. However, using version 9.1 (MacOS version El Capitan) or anything later than that breaks the accordions, which means that they do not work on modern iPhones. Can you please take a look on a more recent version of Safari to confirm my findings? It seems like a very serious bug. The accordions work fine in ALL other major browsers (chrome, firefox, IE, and Edge) which leads me to believe that it is not triggered by a conflict with the theme or other plugin js.

    Hello again, Deepak. Can you please take another look at the page in a recent version of Safari and confirm that it is in broken for you as well? I need to get this resolved, or I’ll have to abandon this plugin and try something else. (which I really do not want to do!)
