accordion menu in css need help to set up

I have the following site;
https://198.148.96.242/wordpress/and i am trying to use this accordion style of menu in my menu items.
https://designshack.net/articles/css/verticalaccordionav/so that the sub menu items should pop up like this way when we hover the menu item which has sub menu under it.
Kindly let me know what am i missing or what should i add to my css.
