Accordion not opening/collapsing – function does not work

Hello,
it is not able to open/close accordions @ https://www.fidelitytrade.sk/zhodnocovanie-odpadov/cesta-oleja/.
If i define “open 1st accordion” or “open all accordions” – they are oepend than – but cannot be colapsed afterwards.
Whole open/collapse function is not working.
