Accordion Shortcode Trouble?

1. The first/top Accordion line will not open/drop-down on PC Explorer.
(The topic in reference is “What is a Pastoral Counselor”). It also shows a box around all the accordions which it did not before?

Besides this, this is a great plugin. I hope I don’t have to check elsewhere for this accordion affect.
