Accordion Style menu Auto add posts

  • I’m trying to add an accordion style menu to my sidebar to display categories, sub categories and a custom post type.

    I want to have the menu display the categories and sub categories and then when i create a new post (custom post type) and i select which category it belongs to it will automatically get added to the menu.

    Are there any plugins or anything that do this?
