Accordion title as input for CF7 form

Good evening,
I like to have an accordion of trainings that we offer with our company. We like to allows people to select one of the training and apply for them. Ultimately, I like to hand over the appropriate name and date (put in the accordion title) to the contact form. That mean I like to get the accordion title into the contact form. BUT, its not working:

a) ist that possible at all without coding?
b) do the accordion and contact form need to be on the same page?
c) any chance that might work with some simple shortcode oder post/get command?
