Accordions and Nextgen Gallery

I’ve had Shortcodes Ultimate installed on an intra-company website for over a year now and I’ve just started having a problem. I have a page in which I have multiple spoilers that each contain a Nextgen album. At some point (probably tonight when I updated plugins) the spoilers all started to nest under each other. This means that instead of having 5 or 6 separate spoilers, I now have one. When that one spoiler is expanded the 2nd spoiler is at the bottom. When that 2nd spoiler is expanded the 3rd is contained in it. And so on.
I’ve been Googling this for hours and can’t come up with anything. I’ve tried disabling custom formating but nothing changes. If I delete the Nextgen albums the spoilers go back to normal.
