Accordions disappeared after update

    Hello,

    after I updated the plugin to the current version I noticed all the accordions have suddenly disappeared. They do not show up on the website anymore and I cannot see them in the plugin settings either. How can I bring them back?

    I already replied to a similar thread with my problem, because it looked like it was about the same topic. But for some reason my posts were deleted so I hope it is okay to start this new thread.

    latest version is working fine..it should not be disappear..try to create new accordion..and see if it works fine..

    The problem is I cannot continue to use this plugin for my client if the content might suddenly disappear again. But it worked so great until now. Since other users describe the same problem do you know what might have caused it so I can void this in the future?

    i have install and activated 2.1.2 vesrsion and create accordion..and after updating to 2.1.3 it didn’t dissapear..meanwhile it works fine after updating..

    Perhaps it was the combination with another plugin that caused this to happen, but I cannot tell what yould have lead to this.

    And there is anotherer error. Since it seems like the accordions are completely gone I tried to import an old export file I created in October. But the import does not work either. Even with a new WordPress installation (so these two errors are not connected). When I go to the plugin stettings after the import the Accordions appear with their titles – but when I click on them they are all empty. All of the content is lost.
    I use the regular WordPress Importer.

    Almost same here. After updating I can’t add any more accordions (there is clickable element in backend that adds accrodion). But they are still visible on frontend. Site is very simple and uses default template with some plugins.
