Accordions don’t open on some devices and browsers

  • Hi,
    We get requests from certain of our visitors that our FAQ accordions cannot open and if they can, they close immediately after. I cannot replicate the issue myself but have been able to see screen recordings of visitors that confirm the issue. The issues are on both desktop, tablet and mobile devices but so far only in Chrome.

    I was able to randomly replicate this issue on Windows Edge 107. The page loads but the accordions will not open. No errors in the console. It might be related to the order a JavaScript asset loads.

    I have also been able to replicate it when users reject our cookies. Rejecting cookies results in no accordions will open both on desktop and mobile. We use cookiebot.
