I’m having an issue with the accordions and general styling. In the most recent version of the Qubely plug in, my accordions will not open and the toggle to switch them on in the editor does not switch so I cannot switch them on!
When I rollback the plug in to the May version, the toggles work fine but then something weird happens to the styling of my page and all of my headings are off centre and the toggles open but they lose all their styling. Nothing I have tried will allow the new styling to come through. So I update the plug in and thr styling is fixed but the accordions are fixed shut again. It is driving me up the wall. I am 3 weeks away from launch! HELP

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

Sorry to know that you’re having an issue with the accordion block. This might happen due to a theme or plugin conflict. I can see error messages in the browser console about Avada Popup and Avada Forms. Have you checked for that?

We might need to take a deeper look at your site. So, it would be better if you can continue the conversation over email. Our email address is support at themeum .com

I have the same problem. My accordions will not open and the toggle to switch them on in the editor does not switch so I cannot switch them on.

    Hi @abcabme
This might happen due to a theme or plugin conflict. Please check the conflict if exists. This link may help to find the conflict easily

I have the same problem with some of my Qubely accordions. The toggle button does not switch and therefore they are not expanding. Plugin / theme conflicts have been tested without success. A workaround that solves the problem temporarily is to add another accordion unter the accordion that is not working and give it the same background / font color as the page.

    Hey @bwsweb,

We might need to take a deeper look at your website. Please send an email to support at themeeum dot com with the webpage link that has the issue.

Was there any resolution to this problem as I have the identical problem and workaround as the last poster. Accordians not opening, but a workaroujd by adding a further accordian to the page. Thanks

    Hi @peterconfused

We might need to take a deeper look at your website. Feel free to send an email to support at themeeum dot com with the webpage link that has the issue.

Ive deleted the accordians now and remade them. I could probably easily reproduce the issue though as it happened before this time also.

The accordian was inside a qubely row which had a background. I made it a reuseable block.
Edited the reuseable block at a later date. Everywhere I placed the block it would not open.
But If i placed another accordian below it then both would open.
If you really want to make a change to the plugin to address this I could redo another one on a test site if it would help the developers ?

Please see the following post to learn how i resolved the problem on my own https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/any-idea-why-accordian-isnt-working/#post-14560063
