Have you tried removing the plugin and adding it again to see if the issue persists?

Yes, I usually use Opera Browser but I’ve tested also in Chrome. I also removed the plugin and reinstalled and the results are the same.

With theIsame e-mail address, I have “Admin” rights for all the accounts that appear in the selection. No difference, except that in one of them (the one that don’t appear) I have 3 sub-accounts.

Maybe my account is a Multiple Client Account, and of what I have read the plugin do not support this.

In this case, I should create a new account in Google Merchant using my client e-mail, and then give the necessary permissions to my account?

Yes, you are correct. The Google Listings and Ads plugin currently does not support Google Merchant Center’s Multiple Client Accounts.

As a workaround, you could indeed create a new Google Merchant Account using your client’s email and then grant the necessary permissions to your account. This should allow you to connect the new account to the Google Listings and Ads plugin.

Here are the steps to do so:

• Go to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replace example.com with your domain name)
• Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
• Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
• Under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack (If you have installed it)

Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.
