    When I try to add an account, it seems to be ok, but after the green message no account is registred and of course no citations are available.

    I use my user ID, the zotero key and the “nickname” of my list.

    In zotero settings panel, the group that I want to use are in read only.

    Can you provide the nickname you’re trying to use?

    My zotero nickname? It can’t be use in zotpress due to his format (there’s a dot inside).
    My zotero account id is : 28514
    The group I’d like to connect is : 3875

    In both case, zotpress indicates “successful connexion with zotero” and nothing appears in the accounts table.

    I tried to use different nickname in zotpress and I also tried same nicknames in zotpress and zotero feeds/api… nothing change

    I had updated zotpress with 4.1.1 version (automatic update)

    I meant the nickname you’re trying to use when you add your Zotero account — the Zotpress nickname. If you don’t use a nickname, does it work?

    I’m back…

    I’m upgrading up to 4.2.5 and nothing change.

    I’ll try:

    with a “zotpress nickname” such as vinceonzotero => connection ok, but nothing appears
    with my “zotero nickname” but there’s a dot inside and zotpress refuse this nick
    without nickname => connection ok => nothing appears

    I’ll try for user or group account.

    good news : problem is solved

    1/I deactivate zotpress
    2/Clean plugin directory manually via ftp (deleted zotpress repository and zotpress.tmp
    3/ reinstall zotpress (automatically)
    4/ try a new account creation… it works like a charm.

    I suppose some traces staying somewhere from my old installation on an other server and disturbed my last attemps (view my previous problem).
