    Account is created before payment is completed. Users think payment is completed in case payment fails.
    This cause confusion among a lot of customers.
    Pleaes do something about this. Account should not be created before payment is completed.

    Hi @muhammadnan,

    In this case, consider disabling the option to create an account during checkout.

    You can go to WooCommerce → Settings → Accounts and Privacy and uncheck the option Allow customers to create an account during checkout

    Account should be created but after the payment is completed. This is what is right and we want.

    Hi @muhammadnan – This may be due to use of an off-site payment gateway. Can you confirm whether or not your payment gateway navigates the user away from site to complete payment?
