Account Creation Requires Refresh

Hi all,
When a new/existing user creates an account/logs in, they are directed to the correct my-account page (www.coapps.co.uk/my-account in this example) but they are delivered a blank screen. If the page is refreshed, a prompt appears to re-submit the information and the user is directed once again to the same my-account page, though this time content is delivered.
Does anyone know how this issue can be resolved?
