• Hello !
I added your plugin yesterday, but I never received the security key and didn’t know I was supposed to download an app to get the password !
Sadly, I had to turn out my computer and now, I can’t log in WP because I just can’t receive this one-time password ! How can I change this and access WP ?
Is there a support team ?
Thanks a lot for your answer !

    Hello @ambreguilloux

Thank you for trying our plugin. I am sorry to read that you have encountered issues when using the plugin, however, I’ll need more information on what happened to be able to assist you.

What have you configured so far? If you have configured the plugin to use 2FA with a 2FA app and you do not have an app you cannot configure 2FA in the first place. Or have you configured the plugin to send you the code via email?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello !
    Thanks for your answer !
I download the plugin and I haven’t been able to configurate it : I clicked to receive an email which never came unfortunatly !
I continued to update my website while I haven’t receive anything, but I had to turn off my computer and when I wanted to go on wp to add some modifications, it was impossible because, after I write my Wp login stuff, a 2FA password is asked and I really don’t know how to receive it !
Looking forward to hear from you,
    Best regards,

    Hello Ambre,

If you have never received a 2FA code over email and never completed the 2FA configuration, then you should not be asked for a 2FA code when logging in. If you are asked for a code, then it seems like you have completed the configuration.

Anyway, the problem seems to be an email delivery issue. To troubleshoot this please install the Email Log plugin, or WP Mail SMTP and test the email deliverability. Refer to the article testing WordPress email deliverability for more information on how to do the test.

Once you address the email deliverability issue, then using 2FA should not be an issue at all.

Please let us know if you solve the problem or if you need further assistance.

    Hello !
Thanks for your answer, I will try this solution !
However, if it’s a WP plugin, I won’t able to install it because I can’t access my WP due to the fact I can’t receive my 2FA password.
I will tell you if it has worked so far !
