Account Has Been Suspended after import!

Sorry for the delay answering. Plugin send emails but yes, if your SMTP has some limits, we cannot know it.

This is not so usual, but anyway, I will put some message there in order to show everyone that some SMTP has limits.

Sorry but yes, we cannot do much from here, 400 mails are not so much, so your SMTP has a low restriction.

You said that this plugin sends emails, but I say that I didn’t input any email address in csv file.
So you think that this would make use of SMTP?

You have not inserted any email? Sorry but yes, if you don’t insert any mail it fails because in the documentation you can read that username and email are required to work.

But the script input 55 users and suddenly stopped.
How do you interpret that?

Not sure why it works for the first one.

Anyway, if it stopped the reason is: server has a max exection time, plugin try to disable but some server does not allow.

So tell your hosting to disable, split the file or change to another hosting.

I think the problem was mail sending (though I didn’t fill any email address to do spam). I want to avoid the plugin to send ANY email. (registration, update, welcome, hello, goodbye!, etc).
Where can I do this?
I use Ultimate Member plugin to manage members. I disabled all emailing alerts in Email section of the plugin. Is there any other to take into account?

In this plugin in this version (or maybe in next, not sure which is the current release) there is a checkbox to disable mail sending on user update or password change.

in Mail Options tab, I also checked this box:

When you update an user or change his password, WordPress prepare and send automattic email, you can deactivate it here
