Account Header Function

    Hi,

    I have the following problem, I have the Account Header function with Account Action enabled in Dropdown which works perfectly on desktop but on tablet and mobile it doesn’t work. Is it possible that you consider the option of selecting a different Account Action per device?

    So I could leave Dropdown for desktop and Link for tablet and mobile.

    Or if you have any other alternative that would be great.

    That might be correct, actually.

    If you have placed the “Account” element in the off canvas area, then a drop down menu cannot be implemented. However, you can drag the element onto one of the mobile header rows and the drop down menu should show up as usual. Something like this: https://ibb.co/CNd222p

    I’m afraid that other implementations are not available at the moment. ??

    Hi,

    I understand, if my “My Account” dropdown menu is inside the “Mobile” menu, because according to my design I cannot place it outside.

    I hope you can consider an alternative like the one proposed (discretizing by device Dropdown for desktop and Link for tablet and mobile) in future versions.

    I have actually raised this internally. I’ll be sure to let you know as soon as I have an answer.

    Please tell me – would the account element be converted into a link to the actual my-account page on mobile be sufficient? I reckon so because that page also includes a logout option. What do you think?

    I think that’s fine, so on desktop the Dropdown is displayed and on tablet and mobile it’s a link to my-account.

    I can confirm that this will be tackled with the next Blocksy update. Starting with Blocksy 2.0.88, once you put the “account” element inside the mobile off canvas area, it will automatically transform into the link of your choice. ??
