    Using Paid Membership Pro version 1.7.1

    Setting up Payment Gateway to use PayPal Standard from the “Payment Gateway & SSL tab.

    Payment Gateway: PayPal Standard
    Gateway Environment: Live/Production
    Gateway Account Email: [entered]
    Currency: US Dollars
    Use SSL: No
    HTTPS Nuclear Option: not checked

    There is no place to enter a user account name or password or any account info other than the Gateway Account Email.

  • Hi Mdhoerr,

    When using PayPal Standard, the e-mail address of for the seller’s PayPal account is all that is required. You will have to set your PayPal IPN Handler URL. See the “To fully integrate with PayPal, be sure to set your IPN Handler URL to” note on the bottom of the “Payment Gateway & SSL” tab under the “IPN Handler URL” section for your URL. PMPro should handle the rest.
