Account is not Connecting / Cannot Import Demo Data

Hello

I just installed the Rosa 2 Theme with a free account at pixelgrade.com.

I am trying to connect my account at this URL:
/admin.php?page=pixelgrade_assistant

While it says connected, the green “!” still says “Not Connected”
And when I reload the page, it says I am no longer connected and asks me to connect again.

Conversely, on the pixelgrade.com side (https://pixelgrade.com/my-account/), it initially shows my domain as being connected, but when I click on “recheck licenses” It disappears.

I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin, but same no connection.

My goal is to download demo data.

When it says connected (with the green “!” saying not connected), I am able to scroll down and click download demo. But for every file, it says Failed to import.

I think this may be related to the connection issues.

Please help
