Account just disappear

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone can help with this strange error or if anyone has had this. I run a site that has paid membership. For no reason accounts just disappear. I don’t mean they downgrade they are just gone as if someone deleted them but since only two people are on the system I know we didn’t do it.

Before anyone thinks it’s the membership plugin this is the second plugin this is happening with. It happened with Magic Members and Paid Membership Pro. So the issue is something else.

Has anyone run into this or something similar.
