Account linking

please i don’t want the popup screen to show to the user with the choice to either associate any existing account in your website with the provider ID they have connected with or to create a new user account.

Instead it should automatically check if the email exist, then merge the account, if the email don’t exist, then create a new account.

Please is there any way i can do that?
