    This is my admin account and I can’t wait for 24 hrs to unlock it it’s there any other way to unlock .

    Clicking the link in the email should unlock it. The only other way is to either delete the theme_my_login_security user meta value for your user in the database, deactivate the plugin using WP-CLI, or delete the plugin via FTP/SSH.

    Hi there, I have been locked out of my admin account. I can register a new subscriber oK and log in with but I cant’t do so with my admin account.
    I have wordfence running but have disabled that. But still am getting a login fail.
    /wp-admin re routes to the TML login page and once there when I out in my adimin username and password it says Oops! Invalid username and/or password.
    So what do do next? Delete the TML plugin by sftp?
    I am anxious to NOT crash myself out the site.
    Suggestions please
