Account not found. Reviews not visible. All reviews deleted? (nearly 300)

    Hi,

    On front end my reviews are not visible. On the cusrev site my account is not found and so are my nearly 300 reviews.

    What is going on! Is my data lost or can you fetch it back?

    I’m having the same experience as yours, they deleted my reviews page and all my 330 verified reviews information… without any announcement or prior warning ! I think it’s the new policy of this plugin (Cust Reviews): YOU PAY THE LICENSE PRO OR YOU RELEASE..

    I even tried to create a ticket with them to ask about what happened, they clearly said that if I don’t have the pro license, they don’t even look at my ticket.

    if I knew he was going to do that I was going to install another plugin

    We do NOT delete review pages from CusRev.com. The topic starter has multiple emails and forgot which one was used to create their CusRev account.

    @ouxama, you could disable your review pages on CusRev.com yourself by mistake. To check it, can you please share a screenshot of the ‘Trust Badges’ tab in the plugin’s settings?
