Account page Not showing any info besides Picture and gear icon

Hey,
I’ve recently downloaded the plugin and installed it, everything works great besides two things:
1. the account page (using form shortcode) doesn’t show any user data except profile picture
2. I’m using Enfold + Hebrew PO/MO files iv’e found on your site – when trying to edit user profile – the characters i’m entering converts to question marks.

How can i fix these two problems?
