Account Page Not working

My account page is not showing any of the data it should be. It shows the side menu and that works fine but when clicked into a tab, it redirects to its page without any data

properly
https://snipboard.io/vtYhTq.jpgIf i uncheck the .um-account-tab css display property then i can see all the fields at once.
https://snipboard.io/LGgvO0.jpgIve disabled multiple plugins and still have the same issues.
