Account paused due to email rejecting

Our account was paused dues to a high rejection rate. We got our email addresses from people that submitted requests on our website form, so we thought they were all good email addresses. Yes, some of the requests were over two years old, so I guess we shouldn’t have used email addresses from that far back. We now want to start over and only send to email addresses that were provided to us less than six months ago.
How do we get our account unpaused?
Please help.
