    My Mailpoet subscription shows the message below. I have verified the key, and it shows valid. This has been the status for a number of months following an initial rejection as my site was in development mode, but is now online.

    MailPoet Sending Service is active
    MailPoet Premium is not installed.
    Download MailPoet Premium plugin
    Note: your account is pending approval by MailPoet.
    Rest assured, this only takes just a couple of hours. Until then, you can still send email previews to yourself. Any active automatic emails, like Welcome Emails, will be paused.

    I can confirm your subscription is still pending approval. It seems your website wasn’t finished when you first contacted us, so our team replied to you asking you to contact us once it’s live.

    Please reply to their email so we can review your account again and proceed with approval.

    I cannot find that email in any email box for the contact email I have on my account with MailPoet, and I do not have an email address to reply to them directly. That is why I am reaching out to get help with this.

    The site is finished, but I have no way to contact anyone.
