Account Permission Problems. Added my account as a contributor

So, I was adding a number of user accounts to my word press blog and I assigned all of them the role of contributor. Unfortunately, I accidentally included my own account in the list of users (copy and paste from Excel, long story).

As soon as I did that, my own account access was changed from admin to contributor and I am now unable to access the admin dashboard! Help! Is there some way I can change my account role back to administrator? WordPress recognizes that I am the site owner, but I cannot see the admin dashboard.
